Are the skincare products suitable for sensitive skin?

We’ve carefully selected Innisfree products known for their gentle, nature-inspired
ingredients. However, we always recommend a patch test first if you have very sensitive skin.

Is the massage oil safe for all skin types?

Our custom made massage oil is made with Jojoba oil as a nut-free carrier oil and a blend of natural essential oils known for being skin-friendly, but if you have sensitive skin or
allergies, we recommend a patch test first.

Do we need a bathtub to use the Spa Crate?

Not at all! While the bath bomb is perfect for tubs, it is very diverse in use. If you don't have a bath tub you can use the bath bomb in a foot soak. The rest of the experience with facial, hand, foot care, and massage, work harmoniously without a tub.

Can we reuse anything in the crate?

Yes! Although a few of the products are one-time use, the facial cleanser, gua sha set, massage oil, hand and foot towels are all reusable. The Spa Crate is designed for both one-time pampering and ongoing self-care.
