Shipping
Please allow 1-2 Business days for us to process and dispatch your order. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched to let you know your order is on the way!
As we use Australia Post as our courier company please understand that some issues regarding delivery are out of our control. We cannot confirm exactly when your goods will arrive but we strive to ensure our deliveries are dispatched as soon as possible. We will work with you and the courier company where necessary to locate your goods if there is an issue.

All domestic orders will be shipped Standard unless Express shipping is selected at checkout.
All orders will have tracking, and a tracking link will be sent to your email.
Date in a Crate does not assume any responsibility for any shipping delays or damages once the package is with the courier.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Should you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify or cancel the order if possible
As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time which you may change or cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued after deducting any transaction fees or other applicable fees incurred by us due to the cancellation of your order.
If you make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not been packed or dispatched we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your Date in a Crate experience! If you've received a damaged or incorrect item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery. If you have received a damaged product or incorrect item(s). A photo of the product is required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be shown in order to qualify for a full refund of the product(s).
To request a return, email us at support@dateinacrate.com.au with the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- Photographs and description of the fault
We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement is sent. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the product.
Please note that our Returns Policy does not apply to Custom products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have approved your refund due to a cancellation or return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
