To make sure your custom puzzle turns out beautifully, please follow the recommendations below before uploading your photo. Our goal is to give you the best possible experience!
🚫 Photos We Can’t Use
Please avoid submitting images that are:
- ✘ Blurry or pixelated
- ✘ Very dark or overexposed
- ✘ Abstract, minimalist, or all one colour
- ✘ Social media screenshots or heavy filters
- ✘ Collages with lots of tiny details
- ✘ Contain explicit, sensitive, or copyrighted content
✅ What Makes a Great Puzzle Photo?
We recommend submitting images that are:
- ✔︎ High resolution (the higher the quality the better the puzzle outcome)
- ✔︎ Clear and well-lit
- ✔︎ Multiple focal points (e.g. person, pet, scenery)
- ✔︎ Bright colours or strong contrast
Tip: Photos taken with newer smartphones in good lighting usually work well!
📤 How to Upload the Right Photo
- Use JPG or PNG file format
- Consider if you would like to zoom into a specific part of the photo.
- Make sure key details are not too close to the edges, your image will be slightly zoomed in to account for printing borders.

A: Yes, we encourage you to edit the images to your liking before sending. We also provide simple tools in the upload section to allow you to crop and enhance images.
